Natural Counselor is a reading site. You can read everything here without giving us any personal information. This page explains the few cases where we do collect it.

Information we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. When you ask for our free meal plan or use the contact form, we keep the email address you enter, the date, and which page you signed up from. If you use the contact form, we also receive your name and message.

Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our servers and our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) record standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

How we use your email address

We use it to give you the meal plan and to send an occasional email with recipes and new articles. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to us and we will remove you. We do not sell or rent your email address.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand which articles are read. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit and roughly where you are, but not your name or email address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Affiliate links

Some articles link to products we may earn a commission from (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click one, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies to record that the visit came from us. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply.
