National Food Safety Education month is here, and it is the right time to refresh our memory on how to read labels, find hidden sugar, avoid super foods and drinks that can make us sick, avoid fruits and vegetables from “dirty dozen”, cook with love and eat mindfully.
It is very important to buy and cook with healthier food choices if we want to boost our immune system in order to avoid getting sick during cold and flu season.
