Here is one of my favorite detox recipes because it is delicious, super healthy, and it takes 5 -8 minutes to make. It is a great addition to your Thanksgiving menu as well as to any holiday meal.
Ingredients:
5 cups kale, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced*
Seaweed Gomasio from Eden Organic to taste (sesame seeds, seaweed and sea salt – you can buy it in Whole Foods or Health Stores)
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
½ cup sweetened dried cranberries**
1 tbsp sesame seeds***
Directions:
Wash kale and strip leaves off the stalks. Chop kale and stalks. Sizzle garlic in olive oil in a skillet for 1 minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning; add kale, mix thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes covered in a covered skillet. Add cranberries, sesame seeds, lemon juice, season with salt and serve.
*You can also sautee sliced mushrooms first and then add garlic.
**You can also add raisins or dried cherries.
*** You can also add pistachios, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds or pecans.
Bon Appetit!
Let me know if you like it.
Breathe, smile and be happy.

Beauty is skin deep and is a combination for looks and your character traits like humility, truthfulness, willingness to help others, a smiling nature, the kindness you have for others, the love you share. Most of the times it is these traits that make you more beautiful than your figure or features.
