How many bad habits do you think you have ? Have you ever tried to change at least some of them?

green cleaning habit helps reduce absorption of chemicals and toxins;

drinking more water habit will make you feel and look fabulous;

reading labels habit improves your health in general, help lose weight,reduce risk of heart attack and diabetes,and might help with headaches and migraines;

healthier relationship habits reduce our stress level, improve our sleep and make ups happier.
