To feel and look fabulous – get energy, lose weight, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce stress, improve digestion, etc.-you need to change your lifestyle one step at a time. You can do it on your own by keeping on reading my blog and making small changes or with the help of my Holistic Health and Nutrition Programs for Women. But in both cases to get healthier you need to start replacing unhealthy processed foods with healthier alternatives you like so they will work for you.
Remember: it is more important to stop eating junk than to eat one healthy nutritious meal and plenty of processed foods during the day.
