  1. Nice video – thank you for the info. How much of these items should you eat as a snack? (Sorry I’m new to all of this)

  2. Robyn, you can eat these guilt free snacks every time you feel hungry. First, glass of water followed by a handful of nuts with dry prunes, raisins, cherries, cranberries, figs, etc. Don’t forget to breathe, smile and be happy.
